To accompany the new business start-up and facilitate the welcome of companies attracted by the skills and the opportunities offered on the territory, Evry Centre Essonne proposes a land and real estate offer adapted to the various needs: grounds situated in business parks, or offices, premises of activities and / or warehouses in the rent and / or in the sale.
- About 66 hectares of diversified and available land offer at once:
35 hectares are situated on the Leonardo da Vinci Park in the town of Lisses, in the south west part of the Conglomeration “Evry Centre Essonne”.
This park, fitted out and marketed by our partner planner, the AFTRP, is mainly dedicated to the setting-up of laboratories, offices , SME (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise) innovative and of training centers. A unique landscaped character, a low density of construction and a steady attention carried in the architectural contents of building make a site dedicated to the welcome of qualitative projects.
Companies as SEBIA, FANUC ROBOTICS, SOLUTYS, GUTEMBERG ONE LINE or TRUFFAUT have already chosen this environment of exception to anchor their development there.
In 2008, Evry Centre Essonne also launched the promotion and the sale of a business park of 3,4 ha (“Les Petits-Bois”), situated in the continuity of the park of activities of the “Mariniere” in the town of Bondoufle.
It is a set industrial ground from 1500 m ², intended for the reception of SMEs/SMIs of any sectors.
Other land available funds are concentrated in business parks or in urban area, essentially on:
- “Bois de l’Epine” to Ris-Orangis (17 ha),
- “Bois Chaland” to Lisses (2,8 ha),
- “Bois Briard” to Courcouronnes (1,45 ha)
- The urban area of Evry and the business park of “Les Aunettes” (approximately 6 ha),
- “Les Bordes” to Bondoufle (0.53 ha).

The Conglomeration Evry Centre Essonne will suggest these grounds with economic vocation coming within the framework of land reconquests concerning 5 municipalities of the territory (ex: sectors of “La Marinière”, “Bois Bailleul”…) in business parks and in urban areas for tertiary programs, programs of activities in hardly contained technological and / or scientist and SMEs/SMIs of any sectors.
- A real estate of company adapted to the expectations of the market:
The operations of promotion and the buildings keys in hand in project and realized these last three years, confirm the interest aroused by “Evry Centre Essonne” with the professionals of the real estate and with the users. This testifies of its economic dynamism as well as its attractiveness in a market always more competitive.
The investments realized by actors of the real estate such as the GROUP LAZARD, SILIC, GEFEC, ALSEI, K PROMOTION, during the last years, demonstrate that “Evry Centre Essonne” preserves and strengthens its attractiveness, and consolidates its position of main economic crossroads of the South inhabitant of Ile-de-France.
New operations are for the study. Their realization would allow to strengthen and to renew a real estate and land offer already of quality, both on the business parks and in urban area.
About 10 000 m ² of surfaces of offices should be born rather quickly and to re-revitalize the market of offices. On a constructed stock of 680 000 m ² approximately 60 000 m ² of surface of offices are at once available at the end of 2008 among which 27 000 m ² in urban area.
The offer of premises of activities progressed at the end of 2008 with regard to the end of 2007 (2%) with an available stock considered at 100 000 m ², and more than 21 500 m ² to come.
As for the stock of warehouses listed at the end of 2008, it amounts to 65 000 m ² against 27 200 m ² in 2007.
